Human Resource Coordinator

Human Resources Coordinator Salary Range: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour, DOE Status: Full-Time, In-Person (5 days a week) Position Overview Golden Pavilion Healthcare, a skilled nursing facility, is seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator. This position is fully in-person, five days a week. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of HR administrative experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, along with strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Candidates must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, handle high-volume inquiries, and be customer service focused. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred. Experience with ATS, HRIS, and training platforms is a plus. Responsibilities Recruitment: Post jobs, coordinate job fairs, conduct references, monitor background checks, draft job flyers/offer letters, and follow up with hiring managers.Onboarding: Manage the full onboarding process, including license verification, physicals/TB clearance, paperwork completion, and I-9 verification.Employee Relations: Support morale programs and serve as a primary HR contact for staff.Employee File Management: Maintain records (filing, retention, secure disposal) in compliance with policies and regulations.Workers’ Compensation: Provide support to the manager as needed.Communications & Knowledge Management: Draft employee communications, maintain HR forms on OneDrive/SharePoint, and manage department documentation.Systems & Reporting: Enter data into HRIS, produce reports, and assist with special projects/correspondence.Other duties as assigned.
