Workplace Growth Manager
About the Role
The Workplace Growth Manager (WGM) is a high-impact, strategic partner responsible for driving B2B workplace insurance growth by collaborating directly with agencies and distribution partners. This role serves as a principal architect for modern health insurance models, leading the design and implementation of both sophisticated Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) strategies and innovative level-funded alternative structures for small-to-mid market employers. The WGM bridges the gap between legacy group benefits and individual market portability, seamlessly embedding comprehensive ancillary and supplemental product portfolios to protect employee out-of-pocket exposure. This leader acts as a vital consultative resource for brokers and HR executives.
