We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes Position Summary (maybe About the role), then "What will your job entail?" with sub-sections: Workplace Experience & Employee Engagement, Office Experience & Operations, Communications & Culture, Program & Project Ownership, Budget & Resource Stewardship. Then "How This Role Is Expected to Operate" with bullet-like statements (but not bullet list). Then "Measures of Success". Then "Qualifications & Experience". Then "The Person Who Will Thrive in This Role". Then benefits and pay info: "How We Support Our Teammates" includes benefits description and salary range. Also mention full-time roles eligible for bonuses and benefits. So we need Benefits and Pay sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodations, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive info. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide sections: About the role (position summary). Responsibilities (the "What will your job entail?" sections). Maybe also "How This Role Is Expected to Operate" could be part of Responsibilities or a separate section like "Expectations". But we have limited headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map: - About the role: Position Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: combine the detailed duties (Workplace Experience & Employee Engagement, Office Experience & Operations, Communications & Culture, Program & Project Ownership, Budget & Resource Stewardship) plus maybe "How This Role Is Expected to Operate" as expectations? Could be part of Responsibilities. - Qualifications: "Qualifications & Experience" plus maybe "The Person Who Will Thrive in This Role" could be Skills or Requirements. But we have Requirements and Skills sections. We could put qualifications in Qualifications, and skills in Skills. Or combine. We need to avoid empty sections. We have Pay and Benefits info: salary range and benefits description. So we can have Benefits section (list of benefits: paid time off, parental leave, mental health services, etc.) and Pay section (salary range). No Schedule info given, so omit Schedule. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we don't invent content. Let's extract substantive content: Position Summary paragraph: "The Workplace Experience Specialist helps shape an intentional, engaging, and high-performing workplace experience while ensuring day-to-day office operations run smoothly and supporting the broader priorities of the Workplace Experience team. This dynamic, highly visible individual contributor role blends employee experience, office operations, events, communications, vendor management, and special projects. Success requires strong judgment, creativity, resourcefulness, and follow-through. The Specialist is expected to recognize what needs attention, prioritize competing requests, recommend solutions, and own work through completion. They balance service with accountability, establish appropriate boundaries, and make thoughtful decisions about where time and resources will have the greatest employee and business impact." That's About the role. Responsibilities: We have several bullet-like paragraphs under "What will your job entail?" each with multiple sentences. We can turn each bullet into

    • containing the prose. Or we could keep as

      but instruction says use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should treat each duty area as a list item. Thus: - Workplace Experience & Employee Engagement: list of duties (own and execute initiatives, plan events, identify creative opportunities, use feedback, ensure inclusivity). We'll capture each sentence as separate? Could combine into one
      • with multiple sentences. Probably okay. - Office Experience & Operations: maintain environment, manage relationships, manage supplies, support visitors, identify recurring issues, escalate risks. - Communications & Culture: develop communications, identify creative ways, serve as ambassador, help employees navigate resources. - Program & Project Ownership: own initiatives, anticipate dependencies, manage multiple projects, close loops, create repeatable processes, support special projects. - Budget & Resource Stewardship: operate within budgets, process expenses, evaluate programs, identify opportunities to simplify. Also "How This Role Is Expected to Operate" includes judgment, ownership, service/accountability, creativity, adaptability. Could be considered part of Responsibilities or maybe a separate section like "Expectations". Since we don't have a heading for Expectations, we could incorporate into Responsibilities as additional list items. But we must not create sections without content. We'll keep Responsibilities as a big list covering all these. Qualifications & Experience: list of qualifications: 3-5+ years relevant experience, ability to manage multiple projects, strong communication, organization, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, experience managing vendors, programs, budgets, expenses, operational logistics, problem-solving, proficiency with business tech, ability to learn new systems, handle confidential info, Bachelor's degree preferred. We'll put these as
        • . Skills: maybe we can extract from "The Person Who Will Thrive in This Role": enjoys variety, notices what others overlook, takes pride in making things better, comfortable making thoughtful decisions, solving problems, helping others, taking initiative without needing every step mapped out. Could be considered skills. We'll put those as list items under Skills. Benefits: from "How We Support Our Teammates": comprehensive best-in-class benefits package, paid time off for company holidays, vacation, sick and personal days, paid parental leave, mental health services and more. Also full-time roles eligible for bonuses and benefits. We'll list those. Pay: target salary range $60,000 - $75,000 annually. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, accommodations, legal, etc. Now produce HTML fragment: start with maybe not required; just output headings and content. We'll do:

          About the role

          ...

          Responsibilities

          • Workplace Experience & Employee Engagement: Own and execute workplace experience initiatives for assigned employee populations and offices, supporting firmwide priorities as needed. Plan and execute intentional experiences including onsite and offsite events, employee programs, celebrations, volunteer and giveback initiatives, recognition moments, and other engagement activities. Identify creative opportunities to improve the employee experience beyond traditional workplace programming. Use employee feedback and available insights to recommend improvements and evolve programming. Ensure initiatives are inclusive, appropriately scaled, and connected to a clear employee or business need.
          • Office Experience & Operations: Maintain a workplace environment that is welcoming, functional, professional, and reflective of the company's culture. Manage relationships with building management, office vendors, service providers, and internal partners to address office needs, repairs, enhancements, and employee-facing concerns. Manage workplace supplies, amenities, food and beverage programs, and shared employee spaces while operating within established budgets, proactively addressing needs before they disrupt the employee experience. Support visitors and new hires with workspace readiness, building and office access, supplies, meetings, lunches, and other workplace logistics. Identify recurring issues or inefficient processes and recommend sustainable solutions rather than repeatedly working around the problem. Escalate risks, service issues, or larger workplace needs early with appropriate context and a recommended path forward whenever possible.
          • Communications & Culture: Develop and execute clear, engaging internal communications, including newsletters, employee announcements, onboarding materials, event communications, recognition, and other Workplace Experience messaging. Identify creative ways to communicate, connect, and share information across offices, business units, and remote populations. Serve as a visible ambassador for company culture, values, performance expectations, and Workplace Experience initiatives. Help employees navigate available resources while reinforcing individual ownership, accountability, and established processes.
          • Program & Project Ownership: Own assigned initiatives from concept through completion, including planning, coordination, execution, follow-up, and measurement of outcomes. Anticipate dependencies, next steps, and potential barriers rather than waiting for each step to be assigned. Effectively manage multiple projects and changing priorities while maintaining strong organization, attention to detail, and timely execution. Close communication loops, follow through on commitments, and confirm intended outcomes are achieved. Create repeatable processes, templates, documentation, calendars, and resources that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability. Support special projects and evolving priorities identified by the Workplace Experience Leadership Team.
          • Budget & Resource Stewardship: Operate within established budgets and make thoughtful decisions regarding company resources, employee experience, and value delivered. Process and reconcile expenses, invoices, purchasing, vendor payments, and supporting documentation accurately and on time, maintaining required trackers and records. Evaluate programs, purchases, and recurring activities for continued value and business impact. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce unnecessary expenses, and redirect resources toward higher-impact experiences.
          • How This Role Is Expected to Operate: Demonstrate sound judgment & prioritization (distinguishes urgency from importance, makes thoughtful trade-offs, focuses time and resources where they create the greatest value). Ownership & follow‑through (takes ownership of outcomes, anticipates needs, brings solutions forward, raises risks early, follows commitments through completion). Service & accountability (helps others succeed while maintaining appropriate boundaries, clarifies ownership, reinforces expectations). Creativity & continuous improvement (brings fresh thinking, looks for better, more efficient, scalable ways). Adaptability & growth (navigates changing priorities, unfamiliar challenges, evolving expectations while seeking and applying feedback).

We must not include any extra text. Ensure no markdown fences. Output only HTML. Check for any boilerplate inadvertently included: we omitted EEO, accommodations, legal, etc. Good. Check for any duplicated lines: we didn't repeat. Check for any placeholder like "not specified": none. Check for any missing content: we captured all substantive info. Potential missing: "The Person Who Will Thrive in This Role" we used as Skills. Good. Potential missing: "How We Support Our Teammates" we used for Benefits. Potential missing: "The target salary range..." we used for Pay. Potential missing: "Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits." we included in Benefits.
