Workplace Experience Specialist
About the role
We're looking for a Workplace Specialist who is a strong operator and experience builder. This role is key to making our Cambridge office a place where people love to work — clean, functional, and buzzing with positive energy. You'll be the go-to person for all things workplace-related: designing and executing events, creating and scaling processes, and bringing structure to both physical and operational environments. If you're a strong project manager and able to collaborate seamlessly across an organization, we'd love to meet you. This is an in-office position based out of our Cambridge, MA office.
Responsibilities
- Facilities & Office Operations
- Own and continuously improve the day-to-day operations of our workplace — keeping the space running like a well-oiled machine: clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Manage vendor partnerships across cleaning, maintenance, food, furniture, and more, ensuring high standards and reliable service.
- Manage and continuously improve our scale system for supplies, equipment, office access (badges & parking), and mail to support a seamless employee experience.
- Shape a workplace environment that reflects our brand and commitment to excellence, proactively identifying opportunities to elevate how the space functions and feels.
- Employee Experience & Events
- Be the main point of contact for all office-related needs including new joiner experience.
- Plan and execute engaging events that bring teams together, creating shared moments that scale globally.
- Help us create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that people look forward to being part of.
- Travel & Hospitality
- Own and continuously improve travel coordination for visiting team members and large group events, creating efficient, well-organized, and high-quality experiences.
- Make every visit to Cambridge smooth and memorable.
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Champion safety by developing and owning emergency plans.
- Ensure our workplace meets health and accessibility standards.
- Conduct regular checks to keep the office safe and up to code.
- Sustainability & Innovation
- Lead green initiatives (recycling, energy-saving ideas, etc.).
- Help us adopt new tools and tech that make the office smarter and more efficient.
This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to be able to come into our Cambridge, MA office.
Requirements
- Availability to be onsite in Cambridge at least 5 days/week
- 2+ years of experience in office or facilities management, or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent organizational, budget, and project management skills
- A proactive, all hands on deck mindset and a love for problem-solving
- Experience negotiating with vendors and managing office operations
- Strong communication skills and comfort using Slack, Gmail, Google Workspace, etc.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Below is the base compensation range for candidates working out of Cambridge, MA: $70,000-$80,000
