    • Manage and continuously improve our scale system for supplies, equipment, office access (badges & parking), and mail to support a seamless employee experience.
    • Shape a workplace environment that reflects our brand and commitment to excellence, proactively identifying opportunities to elevate how the space functions and feels.
  • Employee Experience & Events
    • Be the main point of contact for all office-related needs including new joiner experience.
    • Plan and execute engaging events that bring teams together, creating shared moments that scale globally.
    • Help us create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that people look forward to being part of.
  • Travel & Hospitality

    • Ensure our workplace meets health and accessibility standards.
    • Conduct regular checks to keep the office safe and up to code.
  • Sustainability & Innovation
    • Lead green initiatives (recycling, energy-saving ideas, etc.).
    • Help us adopt new tools and tech that make the office smarter and more efficient.
