About the Role

The WE Senior Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Workplace Experience (WE) team and will support the WE Manager(s) while guiding a team of customer-focused professionals to deliver a best-in-class experience for internal and external clients. This role cultivates genuine connections and creates customized experiences to enable seamless, productive, and efficient work. The position is located in our New York office and requires an in-office presence Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class client service that is timely, accurate, and seamless, demonstrating sound judgement and problem-solving acumen
  • Identify and implement innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery to maximize the in-office working experience for colleagues, guests, and clients
  • Contribute to day-to-day oversight of local WE team members, including staffing, resource allocation, work distribution, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Interface with internal clients on behalf of the local WE team, including providing orientation to new personnel in the office
  • Lead team efforts in preparing policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process improvements
  • Oversee multi-site Workplace Experience operations, including coordination across multiple office locations and management of vendors to ensure consistent service delivery and operational alignment
  • Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information

Qualifications

  • Ability to foster an atmosphere of belonging and exhibit authenticity and connection
  • Effective communication skills and adaptability
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Advanced degree in business or a similar field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of workplace, hospitality, or customer service management experience
  • Experience in hotel management, facility/office management, law firm, or corporate environments preferred

Pay

USD $85,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 per year.
