In this on-site role, you will support our client in PaloAlto within the Industrial, Logistics & Defense sector, providing workplaceexperience support across both office and lab environments. Serving as a keypoint of contact, you'll partner closely with client stakeholders, employees,and vendors to create a seamless workplace experience while ensuring the spaceoperates efficiently and reflects the client's culture and business objectives. In this role, you'll be more than a point of contact.You'll be a culture champion, a problem-solver, and a brand ambassador. You'llhelp shape the daily experience of the workplace by ensuring every interactionreflects CBRE's commitment to excellence, hospitality, and innovation. What You’ll Do Welcome with Warmth: Serve as the first point of contact for everyone entering the facility. Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Issue visitor and parking passes, and ensure all security protocols are followed.Be the Voice of the Office: Answer incoming calls with confidence and professionalism. Create engaging presentations and speak comfortably to groups of various sizes.Conduct Site Walk-Throughs: Perform routine walk-throughs of office and lab spaces to identify maintenance, janitorial, safety, and workplace experience concerns. Curate Experiences: Arrange and confirm dining, recreational, and business activities — making every request feel effortless and personalized.Keep Things Running Smoothly: Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders, coordinate mail and office supply services, and support onboarding for new employees.Solve with a Smile: Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns from employees, guests, and coworkers with a customer-first mindset.Bring Events to Life: Assist with planning and executing on-site events from start to finish — including space reservations, setup, teardown, and logistics.Prioritize Safety: Follow all property-specific emergency and security procedures, and ensure the right people are notified to maintain a safe environment.Partner with Vendors: Coordinate with external service providers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of goods and services.Communicate Clearly: Share detailed information with your team and follow direction from leadership with precision and professionalism.Make an Impact: Use established procedures to solve day-to-day challenges while contributing to a positive, high-performing workplace culture. What You’ll Need A High School Diploma or GED, plus up to 2 years of experience in a customer-focused or administrative role — enthusiasm and a service mindset matter most.A strong ability to follow established routines while staying flexible and proactive in a dynamic workplace.Clear and confident communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and guests.Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook — you don’t need to be an expert, just comfortable navigating digital workflows.A naturally organized and curious mindset — someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and learning new things.Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $28.00 hourly and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $29.81 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
