Job Summary

Krueger Bearings is seeking a 2nd Shift Working Supervisor to lead the floor and own the craft. This role combines technical expertise with management responsibilities.

Job Requirements

Mechanical skills: 8-10+ years of experience across CNC Lathes and Mills.

Leadership qualities: Natural ability to mentor and lead by example.

Technical proficiency: Expert-level blueprint reading (GD&T) and trigonometry.

Reliability: Dependable and capable of making quick decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive production by managing workflow and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Provide technical support for complex setups, G-code edits, and machining challenges.
• Perform first-article inspections and troubleshoot part deviations.
• Train junior machinists on best practices, shop safety, and precision machining techniques.
• Coordinate with the 1st shift supervisor for a smooth shift handoff.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
