Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the daily activities of the janitorial team.
- Perform cleaning duties alongside the team.
- Ensure all assigned areas meet company quality and safety standards.
- Train and mentor employees on proper cleaning procedures and equipment use.
- Operate and maintain commercial cleaning equipment.
- Monitor inventory and report supply needs.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in janitorial or custodial services preferred.
- Experience Operating Commercial Cleaning Machines/equipment Is Required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Reliable and detail-oriented.
Requirements
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Must successfully pass a drug screen.
- 90-day probationary period.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Pay
$20.00–$23.00 per hour (based on experience)
