About the role

We're looking for an experienced janitorial Supervisor to perform detailed and deep cleaning of HVAC Systems in a hospital setting. The job consists of disassembling, cleaning and reassembling HVAC vents and duct work. Must be able to use power tools, climb ladders, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed and deep cleaning of HVAC Systems in a hospital setting
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble HVAC vents and duct work
• Use power tools and climb ladders
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate with office staff and hospital staff on a regular basis
• Schedule and keep track of progress

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation
