Workforce Transformation Director

About the role

This position involves leading workforce transformation initiatives by providing strategic advice to executive leaders. The candidate will manage large-scale programs integrating workforce strategy, organizational design, and talent transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing enterprise-wide organization design, workforce sizing, digital and AI considerations, and modernizing talent management practices such as performance management, learning, and employee experience.
• Leading cross-functional teams.
• Developing metrics and dashboards.
• Expanding account opportunities through client engagement and thought leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

• A minimum of twelve years' relevant experience in organization design, workforce planning, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives, preferably within consulting.
• Proficiency with talent and org design tools (e.g., OrgVue, HRIS systems).
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience leading transformation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees in related fields preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and AI tools.
• Excellent communication, mentoring abilities, and experience managing client portfolios.
