About the Role
Develop sales plans for the assigned territory that align with the company’s strategic sales plan and revenue goals. The Workforce Solutions Director is expected to meet required KPIs and revenue goals through lead generation, pipeline development, and closing new business (client staffing contracts), both as a hands-on contributor and a leader.
Responsibilities
- Utilize company database, social media, personal relationships, cold calling, and other resources to maintain constant pipeline growth.
- Travel to client facilities as needed to present company services, build relationships with high-level decision makers, and educate prospects.
- Secure new business (client staffing contracts) in assigned territory and dedicated markets.
- Participate in defining new product capabilities and geographical expansion through market analysis.
- Develop and implement national sales account strategies in cooperation with senior leadership to meet financial objectives.
- Analyze and present market information such as current trends, sales techniques, and application of products in healthcare as part of a quarterly business plan for leadership.
- Handle complex sales negotiations for nurse and allied staffing, attend sales presentations, and close sales deals monthly.
- Develop and implement a structured, effective sales process as outlined in the company’s sales playbook.
- Meet company-established sales and activity KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Negotiate client contracts, including pricing and terms agreeable to the company.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service and solutions-based business-to-business sales required.
- Healthcare and/or staffing industry experience required.
- Proven track record of pipeline development and contract negotiations, including financial negotiation.
- Comfortable with lead generation through a high volume of outbound calling.
- Highly skilled in all aspects of social media relationship selling.
- Proven track record of collaboration, team selling, and individual sales leadership and success.

Schedule
This is a full-time position with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additional time outside of these hours may be needed to complete essential functions.
Other Requirements
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification or ability to obtain and maintain.
- Access to and daily use of confidential records; required by federal law to maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and ensure its security.
- Proprietary Information and Non-Conflict Agreement required.
- Physical demands include stationary desk work, regular communication, infrequent lifting of office supplies up to 20 lbs., and vision abilities for close work.
- Work environment is a professional office setting with routine use of standard office equipment.
