About the role

The Senior Project Manager, Partner Enablement will oversee partner-led implementations of the WorkForce Software suite of products (WFS) across LATAM, EMEA, and North America. This role involves guiding partners through project onboarding, refining processes, and fostering strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee partner-led implementations, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget.
• Act as the main point of contact for delivery issues, risks, and escalations.
• Guide partners through project onboarding, best practices, and implementation methodologies.
• Analyze partner delivery trends and refine processes for better deployments.
• Align internal teams, manage expectations, and report on project status.
• Ensure partners access the right technical support at key milestones.

Requirements

• 5+ years in project management (SaaS, enterprise software, or tech solutions).
• Experience with partner enablement or managing a global outsourced professional services network.
• Implementation expertise in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management software (WorkForce Software a plus).
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese fluency a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, and project management tools.
• Adaptable mindset, capable of adjusting to fast-changing project demands.
• Able to work flexible hours and travel up to 20% with the potential for international travel.

Pay

USD $69,300.00 - USD $129,200.00 / Year*

Schedule

Associates are expected to work a flexible hybrid model 3 days per week in the office.
