WorkForce Software, Lead Project Manager
WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee end-to-end client software implementation and integration projects. You will manage contractual deliverables, timelines, and client relationships while ensuring long-term success with our suite of products. This role impacts clients’ daily operations and requires adaptability to diverse industries and geographies.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit honesty and compassion for customers’ needs.
- Manage the creation, execution, and analysis of project change orders and Scope of Work documents, including estimates.
- Create internal reporting and analysis for financial profitability across multiple complex projects.
- Collaborate internally using effective, diplomatic, and influential communication to achieve support and implement positive change initiatives.
- Cultivate innovation, confidence, and trust.
- Support associates with skills required for successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
- Establish and manage customer expectations, address delivery gaps, and mitigate issues interfering with project success.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project management experience working with external customers.
- 8+ years of project management experience with enterprise software implementations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to rapidly shift focus and respond to changing conditions.
- Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management (preferred).
- Knowledge of software development processes and cycles.
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 50%, with potential for international travel.
- Hybrid work model expected for associates near an ADP or WorkForce Software office.
A college degree is not required if you have equivalent experience, such as the qualifications listed above or military experience. We value the discipline, commitment, and problem-solving skills veterans bring.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with tools like Financial Force, Anaplan, or Confluence.
- Experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry or knowledge of payroll.
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP, HCS, or similar from recognized institutions.

Pay
Base salary range: USD $86,600.00 – USD $161,600.00 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some roles may include bonuses, equity, or commissions.
