Workforce Planning Specialist

Description

OBAN Corporation is seeking a Workforce Planning Specialist to support a federal agency client. The Workforce Planning Specialist will be part of a new centralized shared services model team. Responsibilities include planning, forecasting, and reporting on current and future staffing needs. Other responsibilities may also include: Recruitment and Talent Management, Strategic Planning, Workforce Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years' relevant experience within a federal agency.
• Demonstrated excellence in recruitment, talent management, and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated experience with data management, reporting using Excel and SharePoint.
• Strong verbal and written skills to be able to interact with a wide variety of staff and senior management.
• Demonstrated excellence in time and project management skills.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and analysis skills.

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security clearances.
• U.S. Citizen.
