About the role

The Workforce Planning Consultant will coordinate and participate in special projects as assigned and provide general consultation to Workforce Development and Planning departmental operations. Assist in the development of project scope and monitoring of project progress to assess/achieve success; maintain project records; and collect, assemble and analyze information in support of projects.

Act as a liaison between and for People and Culture and HR functional areas to ensure proper alignment of projects to institutional and departmental goals, and serve as the primary point of contact for workforce planning projects to ensure consistency and standard processes.

Participate in strategy development, process improvement, policy and procedure development and implementation, data analysis and research.

Requirements

Required Education And Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (e.g., Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Public Policy/Public Administration), or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience working in one or more functional areas within Human Resources or Workforce Planning.
  • Experience providing consultation to employees or managers in one or more functional area within HR and/or managing complex collaborative/cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of workforce development, strategic planning, and partnership cultivation.

Qualifications

Preferred:

  • Masters Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Human Resources or workforce development experience in a health care setting.
  • Experience/education in workforce development, recruiting, or organizational development.

$107,431.00 - $161,147.00 per year
