Workforce Planning Associate

About the role

The Senior Associate, Workforce Planning plays a key role in client‑facing workforce transformation projects, focusing on talent development, performance, workforce design, and analytics. The role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional client service, manage stakeholder engagement, facilitate meetings, and contribute to project and financial management. It also drives thought leadership, develops tools, resources, and training for workforce initiatives, and contributes to methodology evolution through articles and whitepapers. Additionally, the position supports business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposals and client outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Support workforce transformation workstreams and client projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder interactions and create deliverables.
• Develop thought leadership and training materials for workforce initiatives.
• Contribute to methodology development and thought leadership through articles and whitepapers.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and preparing client proposals.
• Engage in project and financial management activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality client service.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least three years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, or Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
• Preferred advisory experience within a consulting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to design and lead business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business processes and application of project‑management best practices.
• Experience managing multiple activities, setting priorities, and engaging stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
