The Senior Associate, Workforce Planning plays a key role in supporting client workforce transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Participating in workstreams related to talent development, performance, workforce design, and analytics
• Managing stakeholder engagement
• Facilitating meetings

• Contributing to methodology enhancements
• Supporting business development activities through opportunity identification, proposal assistance, and client outreach

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' relevant experience in Talent Management, Performance, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, or Diversity & Inclusion, preferably within a consulting environment
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in I/O Psychology or related fields preferred
• Experience in designing and leading business transformation initiatives, managing multiple activities, and engaging stakeholders across organizational levels is essential
