Workforce Planning Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Workforce Planning to support client transformation initiatives in talent development, performance management, workforce design, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Participating in client-facing workstreams to deliver workforce transformation solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent client service, stakeholder management, and project delivery
• Developing thought leadership, tools, resources, and training related to workforce transformation
• Contributing to the creation and refinement of methodologies, articles, and whitepapers
• Supporting business development through opportunity identification, proposals, and client outreach

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant experience in HR-related areas such as Talent Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, or Organizational Design; advisory experience in a consulting environment preferred
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees in I/O Psychology or related fields are a plus
• Experience leading business transformation initiatives and managing project portfolios
• Strong stakeholder engagement, project management, and organizational skills
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
