Workforce Operations Analyst
About The Role
CodeVertex Innovations LLC is hiring a Workforce Operations Analyst to support reporting, data analysis, business insights, and data quality workflows. This role helps turn structured information into clear, useful reporting for operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, organize, and validate data for reporting and operational review.
- Build or maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, reports, and documentation.
- Identify trends, inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate findings clearly through summaries, charts, and structured updates.
- Maintain data quality, repeatable reporting workflows, and accurate records.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets, reports, and data.
- Ability to organize information clearly and explain findings in practical terms.
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, dashboards, or reporting tools preferred.
- Reliable communication and documentation skills.
- Able to work independently while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting remote teams or documentation-heavy workflows.
- Comfort using common workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting systems depending on role.
- Able to maintain accuracy across recurring tasks and internal systems.
Work Environment
