Pay range: $80,700+ per year. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities
- Leadership: Management of the day-to-day operations of the Workforce Management (WFM) Team; provide leadership and development to WFM employees with a focus on achieving regional business goals and strategies.
- Analysis/Reporting: Provides reporting for key stakeholders, patient services leadership, and regional leaders. Identify and drive implementation of effective knowledge management tools and practices.
- Forecasting Resource Needs: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align forecasts with business needs; monitor & adjust forecasts based on changing business conditions and new data; present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner; stay up to date on industry trends and economic factors that may impact forecasts.
- Collaboration: Builds strong relationships within patient services and across functions including commercial/sales team; ability to influence beyond team of direct reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading a remote team
- Excellent communication and ability to build strong relationships
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Travel between 25-50%
Qualifications
- Preferred Work Experience:
- Experience in workforce management, forecasting and/or analytical roles
- PSC/IOP leadership experience a plus
- Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean is beneficial
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize
- Advanced skills in Excel (graphs, pivot tables, and understanding formulas)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
