Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve IAM-related incidents through ServiceNow
- Provide customer support through Viva Engage and other support channels
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support incident response and customer issues
- Follow established procedures to troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members or engineering teams
- Execute defined access management operational processes
- Communicate clearly and accurately with users and stakeholders regarding issue status
Key performance areas include:
- Timely and accurate resolution of incidents and requests
- Effective customer support experience, including responsiveness and clarity
- Adherence to defined processes and procedures
- Appropriate escalation of issues when needed
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent industry experience and certifications
- Up to two years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, or in network or information technology environments
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, operations, or access-related roles
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, ServiceNow, Viva Engage, Active Directory, SQL, and Jira
- Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) or similar tools
- Ability to troubleshoot access-related issues and follow defined processes
- This position requires an on-call rotation every 7th weekend
- This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

- Custom user interface for certain IAM controls and functionality

Pay
The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00
