Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, social work, criminal justice, criminology, public administration, education, sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in workforce development, social work, employment counseling, job search skill instruction, or related experience.
• Experience working with diverse populations and training in trauma-informed care or poverty issues are required.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
