Support our human capital strategy and initiatives by transforming raw people data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with finance, operating companies and talent acquisition teams to forecast future hiring needs based on attrition trends, growth projections, and skills gaps
- Gather and consolidate workforce data from operating companies
- Build short and long-term headcount models and run scenario analyses to predict future talent and capacity needs based on historical data and market trends
- Analyze internal labor movement (promotions, transfers, exits) to identify opportunities to strengthen retention and internal talent mobility
- Utilize external labor market data to inform forecasting and planning
- Partner with HR Leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover rates, time to hire, cost per hire and turnover cost
- Partner with the HR Systems team, identify opportunities to improve data integrity and improve reporting accuracy
- Analyze correlations between sources of hire and long-term employee retention to optimize recruitment strategies
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years experience with financial or business analytics
- Experience with HR analytics preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools is desired
