Workforce Insights and Analytics Manager
About the role
This role exists at the intersection of rigorous quantitative analysis and the art of communicating difficult truths to people who prefer comfortable ones. The Workforce Insights and Analytics Manager will join ACPWB's Stakeholder Engagement group and take ownership of a portfolio of engagements focused on organizational well being. Our clients are sophisticated; our expectations are high; our parking is validated. This is a cross-functional role for a Workforce Insights and Analytics Manager who thrives in environments where the analytical and the advisory are inseparable. You will divide your time between quantitative research, client communication, and internal practice development within ACPWB's Stakeholder Engagement group. The team numbers 16. They are, without exception, people you would want to work with. We recognize every job posting says this. We believe ours is accurate. ACPWB's Stakeholder Engagement practice is expanding its focus on organizational well being, and we are looking for a Workforce Insights and Analytics Manager who can operate at the level of rigor our clients demand. This position will report to the practice lead and manage a small team of 16 analysts, with the expectation of growing that team within 18 months, budget permitting, which it will.
At ACPWB, you will work alongside people who read proxy statements as a leisure activity, who have opinions about SEC rulemaking, and who can explain the history of executive pay in America over dinner without anyone reaching for their phone. If that sounds like your people, it probably is. ACPWB was founded in Milwaukee in 2006 with a simple mandate: help working Americans understand and advocate for the compensation they deserve. Eighteen years later, that mandate has grown into a full-service research and advisory practice serving clients from early-stage employers to Fortune 50 enterprises — and we are still based in Milwaukee, because Milwaukee is genuinely underrated.
