Workflow Coordinator

About The Role

CodeVertex Operations is hiring a Workflow Coordinator to support operational workflows, process coordination, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional follow-up. This is a United States remote position with structured expectations for communication, documentation, and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Cook up operational tasks, workflow updates, internal requests, and assigned follow-up items.
• Maintain process documentation, trackers, work queues, and status updates accurately.
• Support cross-functional communication between administrative, customer, HR, and finance teams.
• Review recurring workflows for accuracy, delays, missing information, or improvement opportunities.
• Help standardize repeatable operations procedures for a remote-first business environment.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in operations support, workflow coordination, administrative operations, or process support.
• Strong organization, written communication, and ability to manage task details consistently.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, shared documents, calendars, and online business systems.
• Able to work independently while following structured procedures and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment.
• Able to improve templates, checklists, trackers, or operating procedures.
• Comfort working with confidential or process-sensitive business information.

Compensation And Work Environment

The salary range for this role is $50,000 – $77,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and business needs. This role is remote within the United States.
