Job Description

The Presentations Workflow Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by managing and coordinating presentation support. This includes intaking work requests, prioritizing tasks, designing and proofreading presentations, and training team members.

  • Intakes work requests from the client; clarifies job instructions and negotiates deadlines.
  • Prioritizes work requests, balancing multiple projects and managing escalated deadlines.
  • Applies creativity and technical skills to design and layout presentations to support the client's message.
  • Ensures quality assurance by detecting and correcting formatting and compositional errors.
  • Monitors and enforces adherence to formatting standards and company policies.
  • Trains new and existing team members in presentation processes and new trends.
  • Communicates with managers and clients regarding job or deadline issues.
  • Assists in the execution of administrative and procedural tasks.
  • Facilitates coordination among shifts to meet client expectations for quality, timeliness, and service.
  • Trains junior staff members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years prior office experience, preferably in proofreading, presentations, or design
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe PDF and Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Extensive experience in business terminology, presentations, and proofing formats
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of grammar, spelling, and composition
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivation and positive attitude
  • Proven customer service skills

Working Conditions

  • Maximum of 24/7 operations with variable shift requirements
  • Professional/business casual attire required
  • Hazards include working with office machines and cleaning supplies
  • Must be able to sit for long periods

Additional Information

  • Ranges from $28.90 - $43.36/hour, with potential for overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and other voluntary coverages
  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
