Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced full time Case Manager in Everett, WA State, responsible for managing and transitioning individuals who receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) into subsidized internships and ultimately unsubsidized paid employment.

Wage: $23.90/hr (paid on the 7th of each month)

Program: 48 Locations: Everett

Shifts: Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field
  • Least one year of social services work experience
  • Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check
  • Licenses and Certifications: Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (paid by SA)
  • Current driver license, car, and car insurance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with diverse populations in a case management setting is preferred.

  • Strong personal/professional boundaries
  • High-level communication, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
