County Caseworker

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree that includes or is supplemented by 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences.
- One year experience as a County Caseworker 1 with a certificate of direct service worker and a Bachelor's degree that includes or is supplemented by 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social science; or
- One year experience of professional social casework experience in a public or private social services agency with a Bachelor's degree in a related field that includes or is supplemented by 12 college credits in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related field.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and current automobile insurance.
- Clearances Required To Obtain Prior To Hire: Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 33), Pennsylvania State Police Request for Criminal Records Check (Act 34), FBI Criminal Background Check (Act 73).

Pay
$21.92/hour minimum to start, dependent upon experience
Schedule
Normal working hours are 8:00AM - 4:30PM with a half hour unpaid lunch, but may vary slightly.
