About the role

As a Digital Sales Associate, you will sell ADP solutions—including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits—to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. You will serve as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP's leading solutions to Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources and Payroll Administrators, Small Business Owners, and more at companies ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to small, innovative businesses. You'll provide expert guidance and use your entrepreneurial spirit to build your book of business.

To start, your leader will provide daily goals around the number of dials, talk time, and appointments set to help you succeed. As you prove yourself, you'll gain autonomy, flexibility within your daily schedule, work-life balance (a set schedule Monday–Friday, no weekends!), and virtual appointments in a role that does not require travel.

Responsibilities

  • Grow ADP’s business while growing your own by working independently and collaboratively within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a sales strategy targeted at decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Deepen relationships across the ADP family by selling cloud-based human resources solutions and strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and your network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Quick learner when it comes to new tools and technology, with a belief in leveraging insights and real-time data to assist clients throughout their buying journey.
  • Upbeat, persistent style with the ability to make proactive, strategic outreach without fear of rejection.
  • Ability to manage your time and present ideas clearly and professionally while leveraging go-to-market technology throughout the sales process.
  • Continuous learner who questions past practices to improve processes.

Qualifications

A college degree is not required. What matters most are the skills to do the job. If you don’t have a college degree, other acceptable experience includes:

  • Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
  • Military experience—skills like teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust-building will help you succeed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior quota-carrying experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully build a network via social platforms.
  • Experience with video platforms.

Benefits

  • Be yourself in a culture that values equity, inclusion, and belonging, creating a safe space for diverse perspectives.
  • Join Business Resource Groups to connect globally with networks and allies who share common interests.
  • Grow your career in an agile, fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunities to progress.
  • Ongoing training, development, and mentorship opportunities for continuous learning.
  • Best-in-class benefits starting on Day 1, including resources for physical and mental well-being.
  • Work-life balance with flexible resources to integrate work and personal life.
  • Company-paid time off for volunteering for causes you care about.
  • Uncapped commission, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities in a fun and friendly environment.

Schedule

Set schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends. Virtual appointments with no travel required.
