Remote Sales Professional
The Role
This is a 100% commission independent contractor position. There is no base pay. Keep 70–80% of revenue on every deal. High performing active reps can earn over $150,000.00 in their first 12 months. Top performers earn $750K+ plus six-figure equity grants. M1 milestone bonuses up to $2,500 per install milestone. Equity stock options starting with your first install. Vested equity that continues to grow over time.

Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate: Has a proven track record of closing solar deals in a Powur active state — this is a hard requirement Knows their market: regulations, utility territories, and local incentives in the states where they sell Is comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor with no guaranteed income Wants to maximize take-home pay and is tired of sharing too much with their employer Can hit the ground running — we offer training and support, but we're not building your market knowledge for you Not based in an active state? That's fine — you can live anywhere in the US. But you must have experience selling solar in at least one of Powur's active states. New to solar entirely? This is not the right opportunity. We are not looking to train people on solar fundamentals for this position.
