Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster

About the role

We're seeking a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster who will solve problems, make informed decisions, and help people through challenging situations. Our company provides the tools and support needed to succeed, including manageable caseloads, autonomy, and a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and proactively manage workers compensation claims from start to finish.
• Negotiate settlements and drive claims toward successful resolution.
• Build strong relationships with injured workers, employers, medical providers, and attorneys.
• Make thoughtful, timely decisions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Contribute to a collaborative team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in workers compensation claims or a related insurance, claims, or risk management role is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Critical thinking and the confidence to make sound, independent decisions.
• Effective negotiation skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
• A genuine desire to learn, grow, and expand your insurance industry expertise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
