Workers Compensation Analyst

About the role

Robert Half is seeking a Workers' Compensation Analyst to support our client's U.S. workers' compensation program. The ideal candidate will have strong workers' compensation experience from the employer side, advanced Excel skills, and experience working with third‑party administrators (TPAs) and claims management systems.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Workers' Compensation Adjuster preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with claims management systems, including: Gallagher, Bassett, Luminos
• Strong understanding of workers' compensation claims administration
• Experience working with self‑insured or high‑retention workers' compensation programs

Preferred Background

The hiring manager strongly prefers candidates who have managed workers' compensation from the employer/risk management side rather than solely from the insurance carrier or adjuster side.
