About the role
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to assist our team in Rocklin. You'll work within a team of 7, including 5 Claims Adjusters and 2 Claims Coordinators.
Responsibilities
- Work within a team of 7, including 5 Claims Adjusters and 2 Claims Coordinators
- Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with relevant statutes and company guidelines
- Address personnel issues promptly and decisively, keeping management informed of corrective action
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment focused on excellence in claim resolution
Requirements
- Experience in Workers' Compensation Claims Adjusting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
