Responsibilities

  • Conduct claim investigations under limited supervision, ensuring compliance with the Texas Workers' Compensation Act and DWC rules.
  • Provide technical assistance and expertise to the team, using critical thinking and intellectual curiosity to manage claims effectively.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience adjusting workers' compensation claims for Level II positions; at least 4 years for Senior Level positions.
  • A current Texas workers' compensation or all lines adjuster license.
  • Prior Texas-specific workers' compensation claims experience preferred.

The base pay range is $69,999.20 - $104,628.30 per year, with a flexible hybrid work environment that includes remote work and office collaboration.
