Responsibilities
- Conduct claim investigations under limited supervision, ensuring compliance with the Texas Workers' Compensation Act and DWC rules.
- Provide technical assistance and expertise to the team, using critical thinking and intellectual curiosity to manage claims effectively.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience adjusting workers' compensation claims for Level II positions; at least 4 years for Senior Level positions.
- A current Texas workers' compensation or all lines adjuster license.
- Prior Texas-specific workers' compensation claims experience preferred.
