Preventative Maintenance Worker

Essential Functions

• Completing work orders as assigned
• Fixing small mechanical and electrical problems
• Painting
• Drywall repair
• Cleaning up debris
• Installing appliances
• Replacing light bulbs and small fixtures
• Moving equipment
• Installing new equipment

Qualifications

• An active driver's license with the State of Indiana
• The ability to travel throughout the state under diverse conditions and with/without reasonable accommodations
• A high school diploma or GED
