Workday Technology Analyst

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Workday Technology Analyst to join their team. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into system designs
• Provide production support and troubleshoot complex Workday issues with a customer-focused approach
• Maintain and optimize Workday configurations and reports for operational stability
• Document requirements, solution designs, testing outcomes, and business processes clearly
• Identify and implement opportunities for process simplification and enhanced user adoption
• Support releases, testing, and issue resolution to ensure quality and minimize disruption

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with Workday HCM in HR systems, ideally in a healthcare or large enterprise setting
• Hands-on experience with Core HCM and at least one additional functional area (e.g., Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll)
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into effective system designs
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for complex Workday issues
• Familiarity with Workday EIBs and data loading procedures
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and macros

Pay

$106,080 – $176,820 annually
