Workday Solution Architect - need locals(TX or MA)

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials modules
• Proven expertise in end-to-end solution architecture design
• Experience with Workday integrations either of them (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors)
• Hands-on knowledge of Workday security framework and business process configuration
• Strong understanding of data architecture, reporting, and analytics
• Ability to design scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Skills

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
• Experience leading full lifecycle Workday implementations (Design ? Build ? Deploy ? Support)
• Deep knowledge of HR, Finance, Payroll, and Recruiting processes
• Define integration strategies across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, payroll vendors)
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (functional & technical consultants)
• Drive solution optimization, performance tuning, and continuous improvement
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models

• Workday Financials Certification - Preferred
• Understanding of finance and accounting processes
• Workday Integration Certification - Mandatory
• Knowledge of integration tools and data flow

• Advanced integration and complex solution handling
• Workday Reporting Certification - Good to Have
• Ensures proper access control and compliance - Preferred
• PMP / PRINCE2 - Preferred
• AWS / Azure Cloud Certification - Good to Have
• Cloud architecture and integration support
• TOGAF Certification - Optional
