About the role

A Workday Solution Architect with deep Workday Extend expertise to lead solution design, guide development teams, and ensure high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Workday Extend implementations.
• Design solutions based on business requirements.
• Recommend appropriate Workday Extend design patterns and best practices.
• Identify Workday Extend platform limitations early and propose alternative approaches.
• Define and review Extend applications security model, integrations, workflows, and data design.
• Evaluate Extend application performance and scalability considerations.
• Review technical design and development approach throughout the build phase.
• Proactively identify technical risks and implementation challenges before they become project issues.
• Support developers with complex design decisions and troubleshooting during development, testing, and deployment.
• Remain engaged throughout the project implementation to ensure solution quality.
