About the role
Workday Solution Architect with expertise in Workday Extend, responsible for leading solution design based on business requirements and recommending appropriate Workday Extend design patterns and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple Workday Extend implementations
- Identify Workday Extend platform limitations early and recommend alternative approaches
- Define and review the Extend applications security model, integrations, workflows, and data design
- Evaluate Extend application performance and scalability considerations
- Review technical design and development approach throughout the build phase
- Proactively identify technical risks and implementation challenges before they become project issues
- Support developers with complex design decisions and troubleshooting during development, testing, and deployment
- Remain engaged throughout the project implementation to help ensure solution quality
Requirements
- 12-15 years of Workday HCM core functional experience
- Strong skills in data concepts and data modeling
