Workday Solution Architect Manager

About the role

This role is for a Workday Solution Architect Manager, based remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems integration solutions, specifically in Workday HCM, Payroll, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Architect technology solutions for Workday HCM, Payroll, and Finance
• Collaborate with sales teams, senior client buyers, delivery teams, and functional experts to construct/build solutions
• Drive necessary technology delivery sign-offs with proper input from pursuit teams on client business objectives, industry, risk assessment, budget, and preferences
• Communicate and collaborate with delivery teams as required during the sales process
• Use Accenture solutioning tools to staff and price solutions, or coordinate pricing with relevant teams
• Promote the use of standards in solutions by coordinating with Legal and Commercial and directing Corporate Development Transaction Services
• Travel may be required for this role, with an expected travel rate of 0 to 20%

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology environment with a strong focus on systems integration solutions
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering Workday HCM and/or Payroll and/or Finance (ERP) systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience) or Associate's degree with minimum 6 years work experience
• Expert in formulating the solution storyline, ability to collaborate in creating client value propositions
• Good hustling ability/resourcefulness, product/concept selling, pre-sales/solution architecting, innovation, and building solutions incorporating the latest AI/technology trends
• Experience in Solution Planning and Deal Shaping
• Workday HCM and/or Finance certification
• Expertise/Experience in Workday systems integration and ability to give an industry view of application portfolio/application transformation
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders
• Good understanding of the application and infrastructure ecosystem in terms of products and technologies
• Ability to understand client business and technology drivers - business and IT alignment
• Strong capability to estimate, size, and come up with dependencies/assumptions in solutioning
• Strong aptitude to be an individual contributor
• Experience and exposure in collaborative technology solutioning including client workshops, joint solutioning sessions, and co-creation sessions
