Workday Reporting Consultant (temp)

About the role

Our client is a global luxury goods organization that operates across premium consumer brands and relies on enterprise technology to support its workforce, talent, payroll, and operational reporting needs. They are currently hiring a Workday Reporting Consultant on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced matrix reports, composite reports, custom reports, and interactive dashboards within the Workday platform.
• Develop and deliver reporting solutions across all Workday modules, including Human Capital Management (HCM), Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Payroll, and Time & Absence.
• Work collaboratively with team members to understand and translate provided business requirements into technical reporting specifications and actionable Workday reporting solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all data presented in reports and dashboards, adhering to data governance policies.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on Workday’s reporting capabilities and best practices.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing reports for performance, usability, and relevance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all created reports, dashboards, and associated reporting processes.
• Potentially train end-users on Workday reporting functionalities and promote self-service reporting capabilities.
• Stay current with Workday updates, new features, and reporting enhancements to leverage the latest functionalities.

Schedule

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, on-site in New York City.

Rate

$55 – $65 per hour (W2 contract).

Start date

October 1st.
