Responsibilities
- Lead Workday Payroll client engagements in an AMS model
- Act as a subject matter expert on Workday Payroll, especially Canadian Payroll
- Resolve complex payroll issues rapidly and effectively
- Support related areas like Time Tracking and Absence
- Guide consultants in problem-solving and escalate issues as needed
- Deliver exceptional client service with actionable advice
- Communicate complex technical issues in a client-friendly manner
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Payroll
- Experience in a client-facing consulting or support environment
- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with issue resolution in a dynamic environment
