Responsibilities

  • Lead Workday Payroll client engagements in an AMS model
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Workday Payroll, especially Canadian Payroll
  • Resolve complex payroll issues rapidly and effectively
  • Support related areas like Time Tracking and Absence
  • Guide consultants in problem-solving and escalate issues as needed
  • Deliver exceptional client service with actionable advice
  • Communicate complex technical issues in a client-friendly manner

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Workday Payroll
  • Experience in a client-facing consulting or support environment
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with issue resolution in a dynamic environment
