About the Role

This position is responsible for the design, build, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday integrations supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Time Tracking, and related enterprise processes. The contract will be eleven months to start and requires some travel on-site to the Sacramento/Central Valley location.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to document current and future technical specifications.
  • Develop and optimize custom reports within Workday.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and support testing, change management, training, and end-user resolution.
  • Independently explain technical decisions, identify and escalate risks, and recommend alternative approaches when needed.
  • Manage multiple integrations and project efforts concurrently.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in integration analysis, design, and development.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
  • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, CSV, and JSON.
  • Experience supporting inbound and outbound integrations across Workday HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Time Tracking modules.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM, HR processes, and Payroll.
