This role will play a crucial part in designing, building, and maintaining Workday integrations with enterprise systems, payroll, benefits, and other third-party HR partner systems.
Responsibilities
- Work with key HR stakeholders to develop integration design specifications, build, and maintain integrations using Workday integration capabilities such as EIBs, Report as a Service, Packaged Integrations, and Workday Studio Integrations.
- Troubleshoot Workday integration issues and identify improvement opportunities on existing integrations.
- Develop an understanding of business processes configured in Workday in order to master the full integration landscape and touchpoints.
- Partner with other HRIT team members to implement new capabilities within the HR technology landscape.
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date documentation.
Requirements
- Understanding of web services, APIs, and other modern integration technologies.
- 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Makes basic decisions requiring limited judgment and using established procedures and methodologies. Work is done under close supervision.
- Does not have any supervisory responsibility.
- Responsible for supporting functional team members and performing basic tasks with some oversight.
- Collaborates and works with stakeholders to meet requests. Explains own work clearly and explains any independent judgment well.
- Understanding of functional business context and how their work may apply.
- Demonstrates openness to learning and developing. Takes responsibility for their own development and growth.
- Understands the team's performance and how their work may impact the team goal.
- Collects and reviews data sources and tries to apply potential recommendations.
- Able to compile data in reviewing for data integrity/audits.
Pay
Princeton - NJ - US: $65,790 - $79,722
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Schedule
BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based, and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
- Site-essential roles: Require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility.
- Site-by-design roles: May be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive company culture.
- Field-based and remote-by-design roles: The ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients, or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
