Workday Integration Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Workday Integration Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations that connect HR systems with third-party platforms. You will help ensure reliable data flows, strong security controls, and accurate reporting across core HR, compensation, talent, and recruiting processes. The position partners closely with HR, IT Security, and Internal Audit to support governance, compliance, and operational excellence in a remote environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $117,400 – $161,500 annually Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using various tools and technologies Manage inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve issues Develop and maintain advanced reporting solutions and dashboards Administer and maintain Workday security policies and access controls Conduct security reviews and access audits to ensure compliance Partner with HR, IT Security, and Internal Audit teams on governance initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 4+ years of Workday configuration and support experience 4+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience Experience administering Workday security and access controls Strong Workday reporting and analytics experience Experience supporting multiple Workday modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting Benefits Competitive health and dental benefits starting on the first day of employment 401k plan with company match Wellness benefits to support employee health and well-being Fully remote work environment, offering flexibility Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
