As a Package Project Lead 3, you will facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives. Your role involves engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope, fostering consensus for successful outcomes, and evaluating project management processes to incorporate best practices for improved efficiency.
Responsibilities

- Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness
- Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks
- Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets
- Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies
- Engage in resource allocation and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals
- Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations

Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM and Workday cloud platform
- Led at least two full-cycle Workday implementations as a finance lead/architect
- Understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM) and agile and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT, etc.)
- Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business and systems requirements, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location
