Workday Functional Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Workday Benefits modules, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance
• Configure Workday business processes, security, and organizational structures
• Gather requirements and lead discovery sessions with HR leaders
• Translate business requirements into Workday solutions in partnership with HR
• Write and execute test scenarios for implementations and enhancements
• Serve as technical SME for Workday projects, including module implementations, upgrades, and new functionality within HCM
• Communicate system capabilities, limitations, and impacts clearly to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years hands-on configuration experience in Workday modules
• Experience in the Recruiting module is a plus
• 2-4 years’ experience with Workday reporting and EIBs
• Knowledge and experience of multiple project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Qualifications

Pay

Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials. Pay Range: $100,402-$116,574
