Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Workday Benefits modules, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance
- Configure Workday business processes, security, and organizational structures
- Gather requirements and lead discovery sessions with HR leaders
- Translate business requirements into Workday solutions in partnership with HR
- Write and execute test scenarios for implementations and enhancements
- Serve as technical SME for Workday projects, including module implementations, upgrades, and new functionality within HCM
- Communicate system capabilities, limitations, and impacts clearly to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years hands-on configuration experience in Workday modules
- Experience in the Recruiting module is a plus
- 2-4 years’ experience with Workday reporting and EIBs
- Knowledge and experience of multiple project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Qualifications

Pay
Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials. Pay Range: $100,402-$116,574
