Responsibilities
- Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
- Lead workshops for client education
- Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
- Lead in architecting Workday Adaptive Insights solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated
- Advises clients on industry standards and leading practices
- Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping
- Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
Qualifications
- Workday Partner Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday Adaptive experience
- Minimum of 2 years of US and/or Global Adaptive Operations experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)
- Bonus points if: Proficiency in multiple business processes: (PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc…) 4+ years prior experience implementing Workday Experience leading global and/or LE Workday engagements.
Skills

- Experience leading global and/or LE Workday engagements.
- Other leading Cloud based SaaS financial application implementation experience: (Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson, etc…)

Pay
Annual Salary Range: $63,800 to $169,300
Schedule
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
