Workday Certified Adaptive Planning Consultant
Role Description
UST is searching for a Workday Certified Adaptive Planning Consultant with strong financial and/or management accounting background. The opportunity includes implementing budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning for Finance, analyzing financial models and reports, and providing technical guidance for the Adaptive suite of products.
- Maintain proficiency and certification in the Adaptive Planning solution suite.
- Participate in Adaptive Planning sales opportunities and scoping.
What You Need
- Must hold current Workday Partner certification in Adaptive Planning.
- Certification in both Adaptive Implementation and Workday Financials is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience working with Adaptive Planning.
- 5+ end-to-end deployments of Adaptive Planning.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Able to effectively manage against timelines and goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
- Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
- Eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
