Workday Benefits Implementation Consultant

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Workday Benefits Implementation Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will focus on leading end-to-end benefits implementations for clients, from initial scoping through deployment and go-live support. You will partner closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable design solutions that improve HR operations and enrollment experiences. The position also involves shaping deployment roadmaps, optimizing calculations and automation, and advising clients on feature adoption and long-term value.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle Workday Benefits deployments from scoping to go-live.
• Partner with executives to translate business needs into design solutions.
• Architect intricate calculations and automate enrollment processes.
• Guide clients on strategic deployment roadmaps for long-term value.
• Evaluate release capabilities to enhance feature adoption.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Workday Benefits implementations.
• Strong consulting skills to influence C-suite decision-making.
• Proven ability to build scalable architectures and redesign HR processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
